Día 24 · Boston y Nando Michelín

Después de algo más de 4 horas en un omnibus con olor a mcdonalds arribamos a la ciudad de Boston. Lo primero que nos impresiona es la cantidad de gente joven que abunda en las calles. Esto es debido a que es una de las grandes ciudades universitarias de los EEUU. Y justo en una de esas universidades es donde nos encontramos con el pianista y docente Nando Michelín. Nos hace pasar hasta su aula, donde estaba finalizando una clase con uno de sus alumnos, al término de ésta comenzó una entrevista bastante divertida y fluida donde intercambiamos todo tipo de opiniones y anécdotas. Nos despedimos en el andén de la línea roja del tren de Boston, con una invitación para volver a vernos en uno de sus ensayos.

Day 24 · Boston y Nando Michelín  

After more than 4 hours on a bus that smelled like a McDonalds, we arrived to the city of Boston. The first thing we noticed it was the large number of young people in its streets. And this because Boston is one of the big University cities of the U.S., and in one of those Universities is where we met with pianist and teacher Nando Michelín. He received us at his classroom where he was finishing a lesson with one of his students. At the end of it, a quite fun and fluid interview started, in wich we shared all kinds of opinions and anecdotes. We said goodbye at the red line platform of the Boston train with an invitation to see each other again at one of his rehearsals.
